Erich Wulz was born in 1906 in Salzburg. He worked as a painter and graphic artist in Salzburg. His works can also be seen in Linz: in the Salzamt and in the parish of Linz-St. Mark. The glass windows, the Way of the Cross, the organ painting, the tabernacle pictures, the fasting cloth, and the design for the embroidered wall carpet all came from him. "The work on St. Mark's Church was one of the happiest experiences of my life," wrote the artist in the Golden Book of the Parish in 1982. Erich Wulz died in Aigen in 1984.
